Business Strategy

The marketing strategy involves two phases. The first phase is to support the local market and followed by the second, which is the ASEAN and the other Asia markets. The local market includes the local aircraft operators ie the government sector that includes the RMAF, Army, Navy, Police and Fire Department. As for the commercial section sector, they are Malaysia Airlines, Berjaya Air, Eurocopter Malaysia, Malaysia Helicopter Services, Air Asia, Transmile Air, Private flying training schools and other aircraft operators.

Second phase will consist of ASEAN market comprising of government and commercial sectors. With this, Aeroclear (Asia) Sdn. Bhd. plans to forge strategic alliance to increase participation with the aircraft maintenance industry.

Besides aircraft, other possible market includes Light Railway Transport (LRT), Express Rail Link (ERL) and shipping operators.

For further strategy, AEROCLEAR (ASIA) Sdn. Bhd. intends to further develop its window refurbishment capabilities, which include new process such as plasma coating and other supporting of aircraft windows servicing. In the spirit of "Malaysia Boleh, Aeroclear (Asia) Sdn. Bhd. Boleh".
